The customer service is excellent, the staff is courteous and professional. My hair stylist, Mal, knows how to get my hair to look the best. The highlights look wonderful and my hair also looks healthier. I always get compliments when she does my highlights, haircuts and the styling of my hair. She is very knowledgeable and and always recommends the best products to use and gives great advice about how to take care of my hair.

This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hair salon. My stylist, Nikki, was extremely attentive and asked me all the questions so that my hair would turn out incredible. This is the only haircut that I’ve ever gotten that actually suits my curly hair and she knew exactly what she was doing. The atmosphere was extremely nice, everyone was so friendly and warm. I wanted to give a shout-out to Joey who also came to talk to us while getting my hair done and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I am recommending this salon & Nicki to all my friends and I will definitely be making this my permanent location. My hair has never looked this good, I literally cannot stop staring at it and touching it. It has so much life and looks so much healthier because of Nikki and it has given me so much confidence so I couldn’t be more thankful to this amazing staff 🫶🏽

Cute salon! Really clean and modern with friendly staff. Bonus points for the herbal tea and lovely-smelling Aveda products! Booking online is a nice convenience feature. Pricey!

It's extremely rare for me to get my hair cut (it's been over a year and before that it was 5+ years) Dana made me feel very comfortable and I wish I were staying in Tallahassee because of how happy I am with what she did. I made my next (unfortunately last) appointment on moving day just so I could get my hair cut by her again before having to find a new salon where I'm moving to. With that being said, I think I did the right thing to trust her judgement. The salon itself looked very clean and well presented. I would be happy to go back and recommend 850 to people.

I've been going to Mal at 850 for 4 years now. Not only are prices fair and Mal is an excellent stylist, but I came back in today after not having had a haircut in a year and a half and she remembered details not just about my hair but also about my life from my last visit. ☺️ Highly recommend.

Jada made my salon visit one of the best, so far. She was patient, attentive, and kept me informed of every thing being done to my hair. I appreciated her excellent customer service skills. My hairstyle came out amazing. It's unfortunate the humidity did not allow it to last very long. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

As all my curly hair friends know, it is SO hard to find someone who can cut curly hair well! Joey did such an amazing job! I can not stop looking at myself in the mirror. I absolutely LOVE my haircut! 10/10 would recommend !

I can't believe I haven't left a review here before! My experience with Ashley at 850 is always top notch. She listens well and does a great job putting your requests into action to create the perfect cut and style. She always has usefull tips on haircare and styling. When I was there this week, she customized a hair mask for me that matches the funky blue color I have in my hair right now. She goes above and beyond every time.
